I know that butterscotch is a combination of butter and brown sugar. A
home economics teacher told us that when I was in 7th grade. You can use
any other kind of chip, like chocolate or just break a chocolate bar
into chunks about the size of the tip of your fingernail maybe.

We don't have butterscotch in Sweden. Does anybody have any suggestion
what to use instead?

Butterscotch Crunch

They are just what the title suggests: crunchy & butterscotchy! They are
a

no-bake cookie & very easy to make.

If you are a butterscotch fan this is the cookie for you.

makes 24 servings

Ingredients:

2 cups butterscotch chips

1 (5 ounce) can chow mein noodles

Directions: 1. In a saucepan, melt the butterscotch chips over low heat,

stirring frequently. When they are completely melted, remove from the
heat

and stir in the noodles until they are evenly coated. Drop by spoonfuls
onto

waxed paper. Allow cookies to set up for 20 to 25 minutes, then peel
them

from the waxed paper and enjoy!

Where there is doubt, I hoped I showed you words of faith.
