Whipped Cream Biscuits 1 cup flour 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped melted butter In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, & salt. Stir in the cream. Turn the dough onto a floured surface. Knead about 10 times. Roll out to 3/4 inch thickness. Cut with a 2 1/4 inch round biscuit cutter. Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 425 F for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Brush lightly with melted butter. Serve warm. Makes about 5 biscuits depending on the size of the biscuit cutter used.
