Low Calorie Cranberry Spread 
2 C. cranberries
2/3 C. Apple Juice
Mix together in large bowl and Microwave 7-8 minutes
Combine 1/2 C. sugar and a dash of ginger and added to the cranberries.
Microwave 4-5 minutes.
Sometimes I even add a little vanilla. This keeps in the refrigerator
for a long time.
