Spinach Casserole 1 10-ounce package frozen, chopped spinach, cooked 1 tablespoon grated onion 3/4 cup grated sharp cheese 1 can mushroom soup 1 cup stuffing mix 1/4 cup butter or oleo 1 beaten egg Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour in a greased casserole dish and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. 4 Servings
