TOM'S HORSERADISH BEETS
   2 tablespoons butter or margarine
   2 tablespoons flour
   1/2 teaspoon salt
   1 cup milk
   3 tablespoons horseradish
   3 cups cooked diced beets
   Melt
 butter; stir in flour and salt. Add milk gradually. Cook until thickened, 
stirring
constantly. Stir in horseradish. Pour over hot beet; serve immediately.
