Fat-Free Orange Cranberry Cake 
Ingredients
2 cups         flour
2 tsp.    baking powder
1 tsp.     each salt, cinnamon
1/2 cup       quick oats
1 cup           each sugar, skim milk
1/4 cup       fat free margarine 
Topping-      
16 oz.    whole berry cranberry sauce
12 oz     orange marmalade
Directions
       Heat oven to 325º F. (165º C).   Spray a
13x9" pan with butter-flavored cooking spray and wipe with a paper
towel.  In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon
and oats; mix well.  In a large bowl, combine sugar, milk and
margarine and mix well.  Add dry mixture to wet mixture and mix
well.  Pour batter into pan.  Bake for 30 minutes.  Meanwhile,
make topping.  Thoroughly stir topping ingredients.  Spread topping
over warm cake.  Makes 15 servings. Fat less than .5 g.
