Icebox Sandwiches
1 (3.4oz) package instant Vanilla pudding mix
2 cups cold Milk
2 cups Whipped Topping
1 cup (6oz.) mini Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips (optional)
48 Graham Cracker Squares
Mix pudding & milk according to package directions; refrigerate until
set. Fold in whipped topping & chocolate chips. Place 24 graham
crackers on a baking sheet . Top each with about 3 tablespoons filling.
Place another graham cracker layer on top. Freeze for 1 hour, or until
firm. Wrap individually in plastic wrap; freeze. Serve sandwiches
frozen.
