APPLE COFFEE CAKE
1 (2 layer) pkg. yellow cake mix
1 (4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
4 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 apples, chopped
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, sour cream and
oil in mixer bowl. Beat for 5 minutes. Mix sugar and cinnamon in small bowl. 
Layer
cake batter, apples and cinnamon-sugar 1/2 at a time in greased 10 inch tube 
pan.
Bake for 1 hour. Cool in pan for 30 minutes. Remove to serving plate with 
cinnamon-sugar
side up. Yield: 16 servings.
