JUST RIGHT LEMON GELATIN CAKE
   1 package yellow cake mix
   4 serving sized package lemon gelatin
   4 eggs
   3/4 cup water
   3/4 cup vegetable oil
   2 cups sifted powdered sugar
   Grated rind and juices from 2 lemons
   Mix
 together for 4 minutes. Bake in 9x13-inch pan for 35 minutes. Poke holes all 
over
the cake while hot. Mix together sugar and lemon juice and rind. Pour this over 
the
cake immediately, while it is until hot from the oven. Serve warm or cold.  
Enjoy.
