Breakfast Pizza

2 (8-OZ.) pkgs. crescent rolls
10 lg. eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
3 c. hash browns O'Brien
3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease 15 1/2 x 10 1/2-in. 
jellyroll pan. Unfold dinner rolls and place in pan. Press seams 
together and up sides of pan. In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, mustard 
and pepper. Sprinkle sausage and potatoes over rolls. Sprinkle cheese 
over potatoes. Pour egg mixture over top of cheese. After egg mixture 
settles, bake 40 to 45 minutes until pizza is solid with no liquid in 
center. Cool slightly and cut into squares.
