Cabbage Casserole 1/2 of a medium cabbage 1 pkg. Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 stick butter, melted 1/2 soup can milk
Steam cabbage until tender. Prepare Jiffy Mix according to package directions. (Use half of corn bread in casserole and the other half to serve with the dish.) Combine soup, milk and butter. Cut one half of corn bread into four equal pieces. Crumble corn bread. In casserole dish, layer cabbage, corn bread and cheese--making four layers. Pour soup mixture over top. Bake at DG350 for 35 minutes.
