I noticed you had a half cup of rum written in twice, is the second one for 
drinking,..... hehehehe! kidding! the cake does sound pretty good though, I 
think I'll try it. thanks!

  CHOCOLATE RUM CAKE
     1 packet chocolate cake mix
     1 packet chocolate pudding mix, instant (4 servings)
     4 eggs
     1/2 cup dark rum
     1/2 cup cold water
     1/2 cup oil
     1 1/2 cups cold milk
     1/2 cup dark rum
     1 packet chocolate pudding mix, instant (4 servings)
     1 packet dry whipped topping (single envelope)
     Heat
   oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 2-9 inch cake pans. Combine first 6 
ingredients
  in large bowl. Blend well then beat on medium for 2 minutes. Pour into 
prepared cake
  pans. Bake for 30 minutes, or until done. Set aside to cool completely before 
frosting.
  In chilled bowl, mix remaining 4 ingredients. Mix well, then beat on high 
speed (whip
  cream) until light and fluffy. Cut each layer horizontally and frost.
