Amazing Tropical Fruit Cake Ingredients 1 box Duncan Hines® Cake Mix (pudding in mix) 1/2 cup Wesson® oil 1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, divided (retain juice) 4 eggs 1 box (large) Instant vanilla pudding 1 large can crushed pineapple 1 large tub Cool Whip® Directions Hea3t oven to 325º F. (185º C). Cake: Mix cake mix, wesson oil, eggs and 2/3 cup mandarin orange juice. Fold in oranges. Bake at 325º F. 25 minutes. Let cool. After cake cools, poke a few small holes in cake and pour a minimal amount of leftover pineapple juice. Frosting: Mix pineapple and dry pudding mix. Add in Cool Whip. Frost Cake and chill overnight. Makes 8 servings.
