PINEAPPLE WHIP 
3 cups pineapple juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice 
6 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup uncooked regular cream of wheat

In saucepan bring juices to boil over medium heat.
When boiling slowly sprinkle in sugar
then stirring briskly slowly add cream of wheat.
Reduce heat & simmer stirring occasionally until
thickened approximately 8 minutes.
When mixture is thick transfer to large bowl &
beat with mixer at high speed for 10 minutes.
Pour into serving bowl or individual dishes.
