Ham & Potato Soup

Ingredients:
4 cups chicken broth 
6 medium white potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2" cubes (about 6 cups) 
1 medium onion, chopped 
4 cups prepared cole-slaw mix 
1 tbsp. parsley 
1 lb. Hillshire FarmĀ® Ham, cut into bite-size pieces 
1 cup half-and-half 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen corn 
1 tsp. salt 
1/2 tsp. pepperDirections:

In soup pot, combine broth, potatoes, onion, cole-slaw mix, and parsley. 
Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer about 30 minutes or until 
potatoes 
are tender.

Stir in ham, half-and-half, and corn. Heat an additional 5 to 6 minutes. 
Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serving size: 6-8 servings
