Fabulous Taco Casserole 1 pound ground beef 1 15 ounce can chili beans 1 8 ounce can tomato sauce 2 tablespoons taco sauce 3 tablespoons chili powder 1 teaspoon garlic salt 1 teaspoon onion salt 2 cups broken tortilla chips 1 cup sour cream 1/2 cup sliced green onion (with tops) 1 tomato chopped 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (I like the sharp)
Cook and stir ground beef in 10 inch skillet until brown. Drain. Stir in beans, tomato sauce, taco sauce, chili powder and salts/ Heat to boiling. Place chipe in ungreased 2 quart dish. Top beef mixture. Spread on sour cream, then onions, tomatoes and cheese. Cook, uncovered at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Arrange additional chips around edge of casserole.
