Cranberry Nut Bread For A b m
  4             ounces  Orange Juice
     1/4           Cup  Butter
  1              Large  Egg
  2               Cups  Flour
     3/4           Cup  Sugar
  1         tablespoon  Grated Orange Peel
  1 1/2      teaspoons  Baking Powder
  1           teaspoon  Salt
     1/2      teaspoon  Baking Soda
     3/4           Cup  Coarsely Chopped Cranberries
     1/2           Cup  chopped nuts (I use pecans)

Have all ingredients at room temperature. 

Measure orange juice, butter and egg into the bread pan.  In a medium
mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients except cranberries and nuts.
Add this mixture to the bread pan.  Then add the cranberries and nuts. 

Set on the setting for quick breads.
