Irish Soda Bread for 1 1/2 # machine
I don't wait for SaintPatric's day to enjoy this. Yummy coffee cake! Or toasted. 1 1/2 cups water 2 TB butter 2 TB sugar 1 tea salt 4 1/2 cups Bread Flour 2 TB dry milk 3 tea caraway seeds 2 tsp active dry yeast When beep sounds add: 2/3 cups raisins This is the order my bread machine has me add ingredients. You use your machine directions.
