Ham Baked in Bread Category: Pork | Tags: Bread, ham Ingredients: 800 g (1.75 lb) ham 300 g (10 oz) unbaked bread dough 1 egg yolk 2 tsp butter Preparation: Roll bread dough into 1/2 cm thickness. Place the ham in the middle of the dough and completely wrap it in the dough. Moisten the edges with cold water and pinch them together to seal. Brush with the egg yolk over top. Prick with fork and put in buttered casserole dish. Bake for 40 minutes in 175 C (350 F) oven. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting
