Barbeque Sauce
This recipe appeared in the Oklahoma Times newspaper in the late 1950's.
It's been one that I have used over the years and is quite good.
1/3 cup ketchup
1 1/2 tablespoons liquid smoke
1 1/2 tablespoon worchester sauce
1 1/2 tablespoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Mix together, put in a closed container and refrigerate until needed.
For barbequed beef, cup up cooked beef (can use a food processor). Cook
in a sauce pan with sauce and any meat juice that your beef has. The
quantity of barbeque sauce depends on your taste, ie whatever taste good
to you.
Enjoy!
