Cinnamon Salad 
1 - 3 oz. pkg. cherry jello 
1 c. boiling water 
1 pkg. red hots 
2 c. applesauce 
1/4 c. chopped celery 
1/4 c. chopped nuts 
2 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese 
1/4 light cream 
Dissolve jello and red hots in boiling water. Cool to room temperature
before adding applesauce. Chill and set. Mix remaining ingredients well
and top jello mixture .
