Grape Salad ~This gets rave reviews!~ Grape Salad Ingredients 3 lbs seedless grapes (1lb. each: red, green, and purple) 1/2 cup sugar 8 oz sour cream 8 oz cream cheese (softened) 1 tsp vanilla 1 cup pecans, chopped 1 cup light brown sugar Directions Wash and stem grapes; drain. Dry off with paper towels. In large mixing bowl, mix sugar, sour cream, cream cheese, and vanilla until smooth. Pour over grapes; mix till thoroughly coated. In separate bowl, mix nuts and brown sugar together. Pour grape mixture into serving dish; sprinkle top with brown sugar and nut mixture. Chill and serve. This recipe makes a very large portion. Recipe may be halved. Keeps well in refrigerator for several days.
