Chipotle Meatballs 1 pound ground beef 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs 1 large egg, beaten 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley 3 MAGGI Garlic & Onion Flavor Seasoning Cubes, crushed - divided use 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 (14-ounce) can tomato sauce 1/2 cup water 2 chipotle chiles in adobo sauce from a can, seeded and finely chopped 2 teaspoons canned adobo sauce from the chipotle chiles Hot, cooked rice for accompaniment Mix beef, bread crumbs, egg, parsley and one crushed seasoning cube in large bowl. Shape into 16 balls. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Cook meatballs on all sides until browned. Add tomato sauce, water, chiles, adobo sauce and remaining 2 crushed seasoning cubes; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover. Cook for 8 minutes. Uncover; cook for an additional 10 minutes. Serve with rice. Makes 4 servings.
