Peppery Roast (Slow cooker)
4 lb. beef roast
1 t. garlic salt
1 t. onion salt
2 t. celery salt
1 1/2 t. salt
2 t. Worcestershire sauce
2 t. pepper
1/2 cup catsup
1 T. liquid smoke
3 T. brown sugar
1 T. dry mustard
Dash nutmeg
1 T. soy sauce
1 T. lemon juice
3 drops hot pepper sauce
Place roast in slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over
roast. Cover. Cook on high 6 to 8 hours. Serves 8 to
