Three Cheese Macaroni with Tomatoes
Ingredients:
2 lb.      elbow macaroni 
8 oz.     Colby-Jack cheese, cubed 
8 oz.     cheddar cheese, cubed 
8 oz.     white cheddar cheese, cubed 
2 cans   (14 oz. each) stewed tomatoes, undrained, crushed 
1 cup     dry bread crumbs 
Directions:
       Heat oven to 350º F (175º C).  Lightly grease a
medium baking dish.  Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a
boil.  Place macaroni in pot, cook for 8 - 10 minutes, until al dente,
and drain.  In baking dish, mix cooked macaroni, Colby-Jack cheese,
cheddar cheese, white cheddar cheese and tomatoes with juice. 
Sprinkle bread crumbs evenly over top.  Bake 30 minutes in oven, until
bubbly and lightly brown.
