Korean Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
1/4 cup       each soy sauce, sake or dry white vermouth
2 tbsp.  sugar (optional sweetener)
1            green onion, finely chopped
Directions:
       Combine all ingredients and use as a dipping sauce
