Ham and Potato Bake 1-1/2 c. cooked ham, sliced 2-1/2 c. boiled potatoes, sliced 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese 2 eggs, beaten 1 c. sour cream or plain yogurt 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
Layer ham and potatoes in baking dish. Combine cheese, eggs and sour cream. Spread over top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake at dg350 for 40 minutes. Uncover and cool on stovetop 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
