Chocolate - Peanut Butter Pie
First Make Chocolate Pie Filling
1/2 c flour                     1 1/2 TB. Cocoa
1 c sugar                      1 TB butter
3 c milk                         1 1/2 ts. Vanilla
3 beaten egg yolks
Mix all ingredients and cook until thick and pour 1/2 of filling into
baked pie shell.  Set the rest aside for later.
Peanut Butter Pie Filling
1/8 c corn starch            3 TB butter
1/2 c white sugar            1/2 ts. Vanilla
1 c milk                           1/2 c peanut butter
3 beaten egg yolks
Mix corn starch, sugar, salt & eggs.  Then add milk & vanilla to sauce
pan.  Cook together, stir until thick then add peanut butter & butter.
Pour on top of the chocolate filling then top with the remaining
chocolate pie filling.
Take egg whites from the above 6 eggs and beat until foamy.  Gradually
add sugar ( about 1/4 cup).
Let set until firm and cut and enjoy.
