Beany's Unbelievable Peanut Butter Cookies 1 egg slightly beaten 1 cup sugar 1 cup chunk style peanut butter 1 teaspoon vanilla
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Beat together all ingredients until smooth. Drop by teaspoonfuls on too a greased cookie sheet. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until nicely browned. Makes about 40.
