Baked Macaroni and  Cheese

2 lbs.  Cooked  macaroni 
1 block of processed cheese spread
1 1/2  lbs.  Shredded mild cheddar cheese
3 eggs beaten
2 cans evaporated milk
2  sticks of butter
salt, pepper to taste

Add the shredded cheddar  cheese, butter, eggs and evaporated milk to the 
pasta in a large  pot...Mix well and melt the cheese over a low heat...Add 
salt 
and  pepper..Transfer to baking dish....Top with sliced processed cheese 
spread and sprinkle with parseley....Bake until cheese is bubbly and hot  
about 25 minutes at 350  degrees...
