RUSSIAN CABBAGE SOUP
   1 head red cabbage
   1 to 2 pound beef stew meat
   1 large onion, diced
   1 small can tomato paste
   1 small can tomato sauce
   1 can tomato soup
   3 soup cans of water
   2 teaspoons sugar
   Enough beef bouillon to cover
   Cabbage
   Salt and pepper, to taste
   Brown
 stew beef and onion in a little oil. Drain off any extra fat. Cut up cabbage 
into
bite size pieces and add to soup pot, along with browned meat and onion. Add 
enough
beef bouillon to cover cabbage and meat mixture. Add all tomato ingredients and 
the
3 soup cans of water. Also add the sugar. Allow soup to simmer for several 
hours,
stirring frequently. Add salt and pepper to taste.
