Corned Beef and Cabbage Casserole

1 medium head cabbage, shredded
        Cook in boiling, salted water until tender; drain.

4 c. mashed potatoes
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
        Combine.

1 12-oz. can corned beef, chopped
        In 3-qt. casserole, place corned beef on bottom; spread cabbage

over; add soup mixture; cover with mashed potatoes 1/2 cup cheddar

cheese sprinkled over potatoes.  Bake in preheated dg350 oven 45

minutes.
