Hi Marilyn, I don't remember having chicken gumbo soup. I assume Campbell makes it? I usuallyn get the canned soups at Sav-a-lot, but they just have cream of chicken and chicken noodle. Maybe they have chicken rice, I don't know. I wonder what I could substitute if I can't find it, because this sounds good. Lora

May be made up ahead of time and kept warm if a large number are to be served.
