Rice Pudding
4 cups cooked rice
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 cups milk
1 cup raisins
1/2 tsp nutmeg
4 eggs, slightly beaten
dash of salt
Preheat oven to 350.  In a large bowl combine all ingredients.  Mix well
and pour into casserole.  Bake for 1 1/2 hours or until top is browned.
Serve warm
