Slow Cooker Stuffed peppers Slow Cooker

1/2 lb. ground beef
1  medium onion, chopped
1 medium carrot, diced
1 large tomato, diced
1  cup fresh or frozen corn
1 cup cooked white rice
1 cup ketchup
2 cloves  garlic, minced
1 t. salt
1 t. pepper
1 T. fresh oregano, minced
2 T.  fresh Italian parsley, minced
6 tall green bell peppers, cored, seeds and  pith removed
1 can tomato soup

In a large bowl, combine all  ingredients except bell peppers and tomato 
soup. Stuff each bell pepper with the  mixture an place peppers standing 
upright side by side in crock pot. Pour  undiluted tomato soup over peppers. 
Cover; cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on  high for 3 to 4 hours.
