Spicy Stuffed Burgers

2 pounds hamburger meat
1/2 cup crumbled  pepper jack cheese
1/4 cup chopped jalapenos

Take your hamburger meat  and season with a little salt, pepper and garlic 
salt.
You will need to  flatten out two patties per hamburger. Depending on how 
thick and big you make  them you are looking at making four to eight 
hamburgers.
After they are  pounded out you will top one burger with a portion of the 
pepper jack cheese,  & jalapenos. Then top the other half of the burger and 
seal the  edges.
Grill burger to clients preference and add ranch mayo, romaine lettuce  and 
red onions to bun and serve.
