Ranch Roast Beef Sandwiches
 
    1 cup ranch salad  dressing   1/2 cup prepared  horseradish   4 
teaspoons minced  sweet red peppers   4 teaspoons finely  chopped fresh parsley 
  4 
hard  rolls   about 3/4 pound  packaged roast beef   8 slices red  onion   
2 cups shredded  lettuce    
8 slices  tomato
 
 
To make the dressing, stir together the ranch dressing, horseradish,  red 
peppers, and parsley.

Split each roll in half. Evenly divide  the roast beef among the rolls. 
Spoon some dressing on the beef and top  with onions, lettuce, and tomatoes.

Close the sandwiches and serve  immediately, secured with toothpicks if it 
makes them easier to serve.
