Chicken Pot Pie

This can be prepared in a regular pie  pan or square corning ware dish, or 
in small pie pans for individual  servings.

Crustless
2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
1 pkg frozen mixed  vegetables
1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
1  egg
mashed potatoes

Place cooked chicken and frozen mixed vegetables  in pie plate or corning 
ware dish. Top with cream of chicken or mushroom soup.  Prepare mashed 
potatoes. Beat one egg thoroughly. Stir in to mashed potatoes.  Top soup with 
mashed potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 to 60  minutes.

For a pie with top and bottom crust, put chicken, vegetables and  cream of 
chicken or mushroom soup in frozen pie crust. Wet edge and top with 2nd  
frozen crust. Pinch together. Cut slits in top crust. Bake at 350 degrees F for 
 45 to 60 minutes or until top crust is golden brown.
You can make your own  pie crust if you prefer.
