This breakfast here this morning, except I am  baking whop 'em biscuits. 
(whop 'em on the counter and pop 'em in  the oven biscuits,, lol) Although 
homemade ones are better,, but Buttermilk  Grands are faster, sorry.
 
Down Home Biscuits and Pork Gravy"

1  pound pork sausage
4 tbsp. flour
3 cups milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8  tsp. salt
6 home cooked biscuits (see recipe that follows)

Slice pork  into 1/2-inch thick slices and cook till well done. Reserve 2
tablespoons of  the pork fat. Crumble half of the sausage into small pieces.

Stir flour  into fat in skillet until well blended, cooking about 1 minute.
Gradually add  the milk; bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil for 2 
minutes,
stirring  constantly; reduce heat to low. Add pepper, salt and crumbled  
sausage;
simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally till  well-heated.

Serve on warm, home-made biscuits with remaining sausage on  the side.

BISCUITS

1 cup flour
1-1/2 tsp. baking  powder
1-1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4  cup butter
1/3 cup buttermilk

In a large mixing bowl, stir together  flour, baking powder, sugar, cream of
tartar and salt. Cut in butter until  mixture resembles coarse crumbs 
resembling
corn meal. Make a well and stir in  buttermilk. Knead on well-floured 
surface 5
times. Roll or pat dough to  1/2-inch thickness. Cut with a 2-1/2-inch 
cutter.
Place on ungreased baking  sheet. Bake at 450: for 10-12 minutes.
