Ann Lander's published this recipe several times in the newspaper back in  
the 60's and 70's. Here is her recipe:

Ann Lander's Meat Loaf

2  lbs. ground round
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. breadcrumbs (I like to use Quick  oatmeal)
3/4 c. red (:-)!) ketchup
1/2 c. warm water 
1 pkg. Lipton's  onion soup mix
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

Mix thoroughly. Put into a  loaf pan.Pour over all, one, 8 oz. can of 
tomato sauce. Bake 1 hour at 350  degrees F. Serves 6.
