2 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

1 (18 ounce) roll refrigerated peanut butter cookie dough, softened

1 package mini peanut butter cups, slightly frozen

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Using mini muffin tins, place 1 inch ball of 
cookie dough into each cup. Bake for 7 minutes, or until lightly browned. 
Carefully press 1 peanut butter cup into center of each cookie. Remove from pan 
when almost cool. Cool completely on wire rack.

Makes 18 to 24 cookies.
