Amish Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients:
1 pound sliced bacon
1 medium sweet  onion
6 eggs,slightly beaten
4 cups shredded hash brown potatoes
2  cups shredded mild cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cup small curd cottage cheese
1  1/4 cup shredded swiss cheese

Instructions:
In  large skillet, cook bacon and onion unti bacon is crisp. Drain.
Mix  together the remaining ingredients, stir in bacon mixture.
Transfer to a  greased 9x13 pan. 
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until  eggs are set and 
bubbly. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serves 8-10
