LOUISIANA CHOCOLATE CAKE

In 4 quart saucepan add:
1 cup  water
1 stick butter
4 T. cocoa
1/2 cup oil.
Bring to boil and  remove from heat.
Add:
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
2 Large eggs-  beaten
1/2 cup buttermilk
Beat until smooth and add:
1 T.  vanilla.

Pour into a greased 11 x 16 inch pan & bake
at 400  degrees for 10 minutes.


ICING:

4 tbsp. milk
1  tbsp. vanilla
1 lb. box confectioners' sugar
4 tbsp.  cocoa
1 stick butter

Combine milk, cocoa, butter, and vanilla  in saucepan. Cook
on medium heat until hot - do not boil.
Remove from heat  and add sugar.
Ice cake while hot.
