George And Lora's Oyster Casserole
(George and Lora Leggett 2010.01.06)
1 (8 oz.) can oysters with its juice, such as Bumble Bee Fancy Whole Oysters, 
not smoked oysters
1 can cream of celery soup
half of a soup can milk
1/2 cup wide egg noodles, uncooked
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese, or to taste

Open oysters and take several to taste and make sure they are safe for human 
consumption. (Smile)
Pour remaining oysters and the can liquid into an 8 inch square casserole.
Add cream of celery soup and about a half of the soup can of milk.
Add uncooked wide noodles.  Use a small amount, a large handful or about a 
quarter cup.  If you have too many noodles you will not have enough liquid for 
the noodles to cook.
Mix with a spoon to distribute evenly in the casserole.
Make sure that the noodles are covered with the liquid.
Cover casserole with the shredded Mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes and then let stand 10 minutes or more.
You can tell when it is done and set by feeling the cheese melted over the 
casserole and that it is not liquidy on top.
