My minister and his wife studied in France for awhile. They served French

          so its Roman Toast,,,,

French toast isn't French. It comes from a Roman cookbook, dating
back to 1000 or 2000 B.C.,( wow its that old!!??) and titled "Apicius on
Cooking."
