VELVEETA CASSEROLE
1 green pepper
1 med. onion
1 lb. ground beef, lean
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 lb. Velveeta cheese (reg. or Mexican)
1 bag of thin egg noodles
1 tsp. salt if desired
1/2 tsp. pepper
Saute chopped pepper and onion. Add beef. Drain. Add tomatoes and
liquid. Chop if
necessary. Add cheese and cook on low until cheese is melted. Add salt
and pepper.
Add to cooked egg noodles and bake in casserole dish at 350 degrees for
30 minutes.
