Foiled Roast 

1 pot roast, beef or pork, 3 to 4  lbs.
3 potatoes cut up
3 carrots  sliced
2 onions sliced
1  clove garlic
Salt & pepper
1/4 cup catsup

Put everything in a  foil lined pan and cover with foil. Cook at 250 for 4  
hours.
