Sherri *-Cheesy Onion Chicken 2 Large boneless, skinless chicken breasts halves, cut in half 1/4 c. mayonnaise 1/4 c. shredded parmesan cheese 1 tsp minced garlic 1 tsp Season-All 3 oz. Cheese Flavored French Fried Onion Rings Preheat oven to 350°. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Season-All, parmesan and garlic. With pastry brush, lightly brush chicken on both sides, with mixture. Crush onion rings. Pour onto a plate. Dredge chicken in onion rings. Put on prepared pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until juices run clear. *** CRUNCHY ONION CHICKEN Yield 4 servings 1 1/3 c. French's® Original or Cheddar French Fried Onions 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves 1 egg, beaten Place French Fried Onions into plastic bag. Lightly crush with hands or with rolling pin. Dip chicken into egg; then coat with onion crumbs, pressing firmly to adhere. Place chicken on baking sheet. Sprinkle with additional crumbs, if desired.
