2 lbs. ground chuck
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. minced fresh  cilantro
1 (1 oz.) pkg. Taco Seasoning mix
1/4 c. tomato sauce
1 large  egg
1 c. crushed tortilla chips 
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil. 
 In a large bowl, combine ground chuck, onion, cilantro and taco seasoning 
mix.  Add tomato sauce and egg, stirring to combine. Using hand, work in 
crushed  tortilla chips until mixture is combined. Shape into a 10- inch loaf 
on prepared  baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until meat loaf 
is cooked  through. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
