Lynda and Luci's Brownies 1 stick butter 1 c. sugar 3 (1 oz. each) squares unsweetened chocolate 2 eggs 1 c. chopped pecans 3/4 c. flour 1 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to dg350. Grease an 8- by 8-inch baking pan. Melt butter in small saucepan. Pour into mixing bowl; stir in sugar. Over low heat, in small saucepan, melt chocolate. Add to butter-sugar mixture. Blend well. Add eggs and nuts, stirring until well-blended. Gradually add flour, blending thoroughly. Stir in vanilla. Pour into prepared pan and bake in preheated oven 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Remove pan and cool on wire rack before cutting into squares.
